1990
A land was acquired in Tepeören, Istanbul, in order to make better and on-time delivery of orders to customers throughout Turkey. This area was started to be used as central storage.

1991
Employment feasibilities were initiated in parallel to our ever-growing structure and potential, and we decided to manufacture vitrified items (sanitary-ware) on the area where our central storage is located in Tepeören.

1992
Construction of Tepeören Vitrified Items (Sanitary-Ware) Factory was started while wholesale of building materials had been going on.

1993
Sarıbaşlar Ceramic Vitrified Items (Sanitary-Ware) Factory was started to produce, having a covered area of 6.000 m2 and open area of 14.000 m2, with a capacity of 250.000 items per year. In a short period of time, a wide network of dealers was reached in the territory of Turkey and abroad, making us climb the success ladder.

1999
Our founder Ali Osman SARIBAŞ died on March 31.

2002
Our factory building remained at the heart of a fast-growing residential buildings area in Istanbul, after Sabiha Gökçen Airport had been put into service and Formula 1 organization started. This forced us to stop the manufacturing of vitrified items on September 2002 and to enter into reorganization for wholesale of ceramic ware, as certain difficulties were experienced with respect to future investments.

2003
Besides becoming main dealer of Yurtbay Ceramic, we established wholesale organization throughout Turkey with the products of Granist, Akgün Granit, Hitit Ceramic, Termal Ceramic ve Tamsa Ceramic, and constructed several storages and showrooms in Mahmut Bey and Güneşli. Our building market with a covered area of 1.600 m2 was opened in Kaynarca, in order to take part in the retail market and to provide final consumers with relevant services.

2004
As a result of our production enthusiasm as well as employment efforts, a land was acquired to establish a plant in Veliköy Industrial Zone located in the district Çerkezköy of province Tekirdağ.

2005
In a short time after export-oriented production had become attractive in this era when our country’s brand equity gained value, Sarıbaşlar Seramik Sanayi ve Ticaret Ltd. Şti. started its production activities in Vitrified Items Factory equipped with advanced technology, having a covered area of 6.500 m2 and open area of 20.000 m2, with a capacity of 300.000 items per year.

2008
In spite of the global financial crisis having adverse on our country and all the world, we put into service an additional plant to increase the production capacity by 25%.

2009
As a result of our customer satisfaction-oriented production mentality despite the global financial crisis, we decided to include a new additional factory in our existing plant in order to provide our rapidly-growing network of dealers with better services in both domestic and foreign markets.

2010
We made an investment in a new factory having a covered area of 12.000 m2, with an annual production capacity of 7.500 m2.
